The Napa or Nappa Cabbage is also known as Chinese Cabbage and has a barrel shape and smooth leaves. This type is originated from China and is now widely used around the world in many Asian recipes. This cabbage is rich in vitamin C and can be consume cooked or raw as salad.

Our Varieties
We are the cabbage specialist. This is a vegetable in the family of the cruciferous (Brassicas) and has high nutritional values. We grow six different varieties such as Green, Red, Savoy, Taiwanese (flat), Chinese Napa and the Pointed.
