The red cabbage is mostly purple to dark red and used to add colors to salads, coleslaw, side dish and more. While decorating your meals, it also brings a good source of vitamin C and vitamin K. We also keep red cabbage in storage as well as the green one.

  • 50 pounds (22.7 kg) boxes of 14-16 counts

  • 50 pounds (22.7 kg) bags of 8 to 10 large or 14-16 medium

Available from the middle of July until March.

Our Varieties

We are the cabbage specialist. This is a vegetable in the family of the cruciferous (Brassicas) and has high nutritional values. We grow six different varieties such as Green, Red, Savoy, Taiwanese (flat), Chinese Napa and the Pointed.
