The savoy cabbage has those dark green curly leaves. It is named after the “Region of Savoie” in France. In other language and country, it is called Milan Cabbage for the region of Milan in Italy, which is very close to Savoie, France, and this is where this cabbage would be originated from. Its curly leaves have a tender taste and are known to be used for cabbage rolls.

Our Varieties
We are the cabbage specialist. This is a vegetable in the family of the cruciferous (Brassicas) and has high nutritional values. We grow six different varieties such as Green, Red, Savoy, Taiwanese (flat), Chinese Napa and the Pointed.
